RUBBER PROCESS OIL – RESIDUAL AROMATIC EXTRACT (RAE)
Description
Pertamina EXDO-4 Rubber Processing Oil is categorised as RAE (Residual Aromatic Extract) with advantages of containing PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon) less than 1 ppm and TOTAL PAH less than 10 ppm.
EXDO-4 has a very important function as “Processing Aid” in making the rubber compound, to improve the softening and elastic processing of rubber and also to decrease the thickness of rubber compound.
EXDO-4 has obtained approval and qualify to obtain a certificate of Rubber Processing Oil products non-Carcinogenic from the BIU Laboratory, Germany.
Application/Benefit:
- As processing aid in rubber industry
- PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon) less than 1 ppm
- TOTAL PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon) less than 10 ppm
